Rolls Great, Tough to Mount

Quite tight to mount on 23mm i.d. hookless bead carbon rims. Took some time and required an air compressor to seat. Notices air escaping from tire itself. However, after a couple of days with sealant they settled down to about 30.6mm width which was great for the wheelset. They ride super, handle great, and are reasonably quiet. Have about 150 miles on them so not sure about rate of wear. At 150 lbs and no crit races, I am expecting reasonable wear. I don't care for garden hose style training tires!

Good race tire - but wears to quickly for an everyday training tire.

A good, fast and supple tire. Love how they measure bang on exactly as wide as stated on the rim/tire combo chart. 700cx28mm was spot on 19mm internal rims were bang on 28mm after about a week of breaking them in.

The downside is that after about 1,500 km the rear tire has worn to the point that It needs replacing. So these are not very durable (I'd prefer my tires to last closer to 3,000 km).
If there were a more durable (more puncture protection) tubeless version for training I'd be all about it. But for now this seems like a good racing tire but not an everyday training tire.

I'll be keeping my eye out for future tubeless Agilest offerings. But for now the Agilest is good, but not quite what I need.

Very easy to mount tire. Great traction and comfort.

As the title says. These tires were very easy to set up, lock in and bead. Some tires just are difficult. I was done in minutes.

The max pressure for the tires is 85 psi. I st them to 70psi and went for a quick roll. Very comfortable and have a nice tack to them for handling corners.

Good rolling but…

I bought a pair of Agilest TLR 700x28. It’s a good tire when we consider the rolling, very smooth but punch a lot. I will call it Panapunch.
