For USPS, goods valued under 20 Canadian dollars are duty and excise tax exempt. Goods over 20 Canadian dollars will be subject to the applicable duties and excise taxes. Panaracer RibMo 700 x 32

Great tire. Stability is second to none. This tire laughs at rough pavement and severe potholes. If the Panaracer RibMo could talk it would say to rough surfaces. “what are you trying to do, tickle me”? The price to weight* to 700 x 32 size to performance ratio is the best of any other tire for the the type of surfaces this tire was designed for. Only 410 grams for the 700 X 32 size. This Panaracer RibMo is extremely puncture resistant !
